Website terms
These terms apply to the website and enquiry tools operated by AA FURNITURE REMOVALS PTY. LTD. (ABN 25 165 713 744, ACN 165 713 744). The terms for a removal job are provided with the quote and booking documents for that job.
Moving guides and estimates
The suburb, council, city and route pages offer general planning advice. They do not establish that AA has previously worked at a particular address or that a crew, truck, route, date or price is available. Check local parking and building rules with the relevant authority or building manager. Route and volume tools are indicative and cannot account for every access or handling issue.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry requests contact or a quote. It does not place a booking or agree a final price. We will discuss availability, the proposed services and the charging basis with you. Review the written quote and any booking terms before accepting them. Where your inventory, access or dates change, tell us so we can discuss any change to the scope or price.
Pricing and Quotation Policy
Advertised rates and economic conditions
AA Furniture Removals reserves the right to review and revise all advertised rates for future quotations in response to changes in fuel, labour, transport and supplier costs, or broader economic conditions.
Written quotations and validity
Website prices and estimates are indicative and do not constitute a binding quotation. Your written quotation confirms the applicable rates, service scope, inclusions, exclusions and charges. Any stated quotation validity period applies. Expired quotations are subject to review before reissue.
Accepted quotations and variations
Changes to advertised rates do not alter the rates or terms of an accepted quotation. Any variation to the agreed service scope or rates requires written agreement before the additional or varied work proceeds.
For hourly services, final charges remain based on actual billable time, the agreed minimum and other agreed charges. An estimated total is not a fixed price unless expressly stated in the accepted quotation.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Google address suggestions and route tools
Address suggestions may use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to Google Maps terms and Google's Privacy Policy.
