A little planning for the things you care about.
Every home and move is different. Tell us about the belongings you’re bringing and anything that needs extra care. Details about parking, lifts and stairs help us plan how to move them.
List everything going in the truck
List balcony furniture, basement storage and any large pieces that need dismantling.
Check the path from door to truck
Check lift reservations or tight internal stairs and confirm the available loading position.
Tell us which dates matter
Give the preferred date and any settlement, lift booking or property handover limits. A requested date is confirmed only after availability and the written scope are agreed.
What helps with your quote in South Yarra
Include the South Yarra pickup or delivery address, the other suburb, your preferred date, an item list or photos, and any packing or storage requirements. Note anything particularly heavy, fragile or hard to reach.
Furniture and belongings to list
Count balcony furniture and basement cage contents. Measure large sofas or wardrobes against lift, hallway and terrace stair dimensions.
Confirm the door-to-truck route
Check which council manages the exact address, as parts of South Yarra fall under more than one council. Arrange lift and loading access with your building where needed.
